From 2016-2018 I served as the Head of Product & Experience Strategy at Possible NY on a comprehensive digital transformation for Con Edison and their 10 million residential small business and commercial customers.
This included leading all strategy as well as building up the strategy practice and building an MVP team to explore incubation and proof-of-concept initiatives . Our team was eventually acquired by Wunderman—Thompson.
