living, beyond your condition…
I joined a startup called Keep in November of 2024 as Head of Patient Experiences and in March ran a series of customer research studies & journey mapping exercises to uncover new opportunities to evolve the service and help us figure out what the next iteration of the app would be.
For the customer research project, I used Bolt to design and test various live iterations with customers, each of which centered on a different UX concept including chat which helped us not only decide which direction to go but ultimately led us in a completely new direction to develop an AI health coaching service.
