I joined a startup called Keep in November of 2024 and in March ran a month long prototype customer research study to help us figure out what the next iteration of the service would be.

I used Bolt to design and test various live iterations with customers, each of which centered on a different UX concept including chat which helped us not only decide which direction to go but ultimately led us in a completely new direction to develop an AI health coaching service.
